Retromessa & HUB
2024 - 2025: Retromessa 10th Anniversary & HUB - Graphic Design & Animation
Retromessa is one of the largest retro gaming and nostalgia conventions in the Nordic region, attracting thousands of visitors annually. The event celebrates the history of gaming, classic computing, technology, and popular culture from the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s, offering interactive exhibitions, playable retro consoles and arcade machines, industry guests, cosplay, competitions, and educational presentations.
Through my collaboration with Retromessa, I contributed a range of visual communication materials, including informational posters and animated promotional content designed to enhance visitor engagement and strengthen the event’s visual identity.
When Retromessa announced the launch of Retromessa HUB, I played an active role in both the visual planning and promotional efforts surrounding the project. My responsibilities included designing informational posters, contributing to the development of the HUB’s visual concept and branding, and helping establish a cohesive and engaging aesthetic for the new initiative.
In addition, I produced a promotional stop-motion animation using LEGO, created specifically to support the launch and marketing of Retromessa HUB.
Banzaicon
2024 - 2025: Banzaicon 12 Spooktacular - Graphic design & Arcade Crew
Banzaicon is one of Nowray's leading conventions celebrating popular culture, bringing together enthusiasts of gaming, anime, manga, comics, cosplay, fantasy, science fiction, tabletop gaming, and other creative fandoms.
During 2024 and 2025, I was part of Banzaicon's Arcade Crew, where I was entrusted with designing promotional and informational materials for a wide range of arcade activities and events. My responsibilities included creating posters, signage and visual assets that helped participants navigate and engage with the convention's arcade area.
In addition, I designed certificates and awards for tournament and competition winners.
The positive reception of my work led Banzaicon to commission a year in advance a whole new set of promotional materials for their 2026 event.
What If - Norway
2022 - 2023: Video Producer, Director & Manager for the team of What If Norway
"Hva Skjer Hvis" (also known as "What If - Norway") represents the Norwegian adaptation of the immensely popular series "What If," created by Underknown. This Webby Award-winning science documentary web series embarks on a captivating exploration of hypothetical realms and boundless possibilities. The adaptation features the compelling narration of Trond Heien and the creative writing prowess of Martine Flagstad.
In collaboration with my dedicated team, I had the privilege of directing and producing 24 compelling episodes, and personally lent my voice to two of them. Leveraging advanced video editing software like After Effects and Premiere Pro, each episode was meticulously tailored to seamlessly align with the established essence of the original "What If" series.

The Gathering: Escape
2021: The Gathering: Escape - Graphic Designer, Animator & Video Editor
During the year 2021, I had the privilege of being a valuable member of The Gathering's esteemed graphics and video crew. My primary role encompassed crafting attention-grabbing visuals for the main shows throughout the event, as well as creating a special send-off attention grabber for the concluding show. Additionally, I was entrusted with the responsibility of producing captivating promotional videos for the event, and designing graphics tailored for streams, Twitch, and tournaments.
Collaborating seamlessly with my talented crew, we collectively conceptualized and developed the event's new logo, drawing inspiration from its theme to create a distinct and visually compelling identity. My contributions to The Gathering's graphics and video team allowed me to showcase my creativity, technical prowess, and dedication to delivering exceptional visual experiences.
